1. Basic - how does it work?
1. Send me an email about your interest in a coaching session using the subject: "Basic".
2. We will enter into a binding agreement in the form of a brief contract. If you have a specific job posting in mind, send it to me along with your CV/resume via email.
3. As a next step I will contact you for a first coaching session. We can meet in person or on a phone or video call so I can provide feedback and discuss any changes you might want to make in order to present yourself successfully to future employers. I will also advise you on how well your resume fits the position you are applying for. I’m also happy to provide language/grammar corrections on applications written in English and German.
4. You will then have the opportunity to make changes to your documents before a second coaching session and final review.

2. Basic Plus - how does it work?

3. As a next step I will contact you to arrange a coaching session at a time and date that suits us both. I will coach you on the amendments and additions you need to make to your application documents.
4. Once you have altered your documents accordingly, we will meet again for another final feedback session.

3. Once I have designed your resume accordingly, we will meet again for a final feedback session.

6. Interview Prep - how does it work?
1. Send me an email about your interest in a coaching session with me using the reference: "Interview".
2. Afterwards, we will enter a binding agreement in form of a brief contract and you can then send me your resume, cover letter and the job position you are applying for via email.
3. As a next step I will contact you for a coaching session for an interview training and agree on a date that suits both of us. We will recreate a job interview situation and I will ask you typical questions that might be asked in the first interview. You will get the chance to prepare very well for your first interview.
